So I started making a detailed checklist of items I want to pack for the hospital and when I’m all finished I give it to my husband to look over and ask have I forgot anything. He responds dead serious that he needs his laptop for video games for when there is “down time”. I’m like I’m sorry you have your phone, can bring a book, and there is a tv in there. But do not bring video games into this special time. Blah but now that I am so adamant that he can’t bring it he is pushing even harder that he is going to. I just don’t want him sucked into a video game when I want him focusing on his new daughter and our little family. Just need to vent, these hormones are definitely making it hard to stay calm about it!
