What’s the best birth control?

I want something that is not going to harm my body or prevent me from having kids in the future. I’ve heard bad things about the one that goes in your arm and how it can travel into your body. I’ve been on the birth control pills before but it wasn’t for me. Any suggestions?

No birth control has long term ill effects on fertility. All birth control aside from natural family planning can cause harm in some shape or fashion to your body. 
There is no best birth control. What’s best for you, might now be the best for another. 
You could try the ring, patch, shot, or iud if you want something prescribed by doctors. Otherwise you can use condoms or FAM. Spermicide has high failure rates when it’s not used in conjunction with other methods and the cap, sponge, and diaphragm aren’t prescribed by most physicians today.

Have you tried a diaphragm? No  not like the ones in your mother's era. The new age ones like the Femcap or Caya?

The patch is similar to the pill but you only have to change it once a week 🤷🏼‍♀️ I've been on it for five years and have no complaints, but I'm also not about to go off it to figure out whether I'm fertile or not 🙅🏼‍♀️

Actually they all can doctors ive talked to and pamphlets thry hand out say can cause infertility but the most common one is depo

I was on the nexplanon for 3 years and never had issues other than the side effects. It didn’t move and I could always feel it.

Orthotrycycalin (not sure how to spell it) is the best I have ever had. I have tried just about everything and this pill change my period for the better, helped me lose weight, and clear all my acne. Also claims to be 98.7% effective. Depo shot hurt me so bad and I'm not sensitive. I have heard good things about the IUD, you can get one for as long as you want, get it taken out when you want, and you can start TTC the day it comes out. Ortho is the same way

I had the iud three separate times, 12 years total, when we decided for another kid we had it taken out and I was pregnant within 3 months after removal.
