Abnormal cycle- trying to determine what week I am

Hi there,

So my cycles were ranging from 35-40 days. Day first day of last period was 11/26. I had a transvaginal US on 12/12 showing I would ovulate any day. I had my first positive urine test 12/26 and a positive blood test on 12/27 showing I was 2-3 weeks pregnant. Now my big question what would I go by to track my pregnancy?! Do I go by the blood test, everything I read says they add two weeks to the conception date.
