How do you ladies cope w/ being pregnant now after a miscarriage?

Finally pregnant after a year of trying and I had a miscarriage 2 years ago. I am hopeful, but another part of me wants to take a pregnancy test every day, check my temp everyday just to make sure I’m staying pregnant. I want this but I don’t want to stress myself out wanting this so bad. What do you ladies do to help ?

I would love to know as well. For me personally I am trying to just take it day by day and be thankful for each day that I'm pregnant. This is what I prayed for and while I dont have control of what might happen in the future I can be grateful for right now and have hope. This quote helped me as well.

I’m feeling the same way. At least you know you’re not alone. ❤️ I tend to over “research” everything online so I started forcing myself to read a book every time I want to look something “suspicious” up 😂

I completely understand the anxiety you are feeling. After going through our 10th miscarriage around Thanksgiving, its been hard to not vet stuck on the dark hole of google searches and wanting to pee on a stick every day just to be sure. I try to just remind myself each day that today I am pregnant and not to worry about what tomorrow brings. Also baking and crafting with my daughter have been a fantastic distraction.

Om going through the same thing I've had mmc in the past year and I'm 4 weeks now and I dont know if I'm cramping or just very aware of my growing uterus. I'm overthinking but always very worried.

Gosh I know exactly how you feel. I have had numerous miscarriages over the past 5 years. Luckily I was able to conceive my daughter a month after I miscarried at 6 weeks. I had zero complications but I remember feeling so scared and anxious. I became obsessed with googling every Symptom. My doctor finally told me I needed to stop obsessing and looking things up on the internet because it was making everything worse. I did my best to take her advice. I am now almost 5 weeks pregnant (just found out) 4 years later after I had my daughter and here I am yet again so incredibly nervous. I had an ectopic last September at 7 weeks and went on to have 3 more miscarriages this past year. I think all we can do is pray and give all of our worries to god. He has a plan for our little miracles. I am thankful for each and everyday I am pregnant. I look at my strong symptoms as a good sign. I never thought in my life I’d actually enjoy throwing up lol Just continue to try and keep a positive mind. Wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months!
