What does your clomid cycle look like?

I take clomid days 3-7 and then my OBGYN checks my progesterone levels on day 22/23. I’ve heard people get their follicles tested too? How does that work? I feel like my doctor isn’t doing everything she can?

My obgyn prescribed my clomid and they just test progesterone. I think most people who get ultrasounds to see follicles are being seen by REs-or have risk factors that need monitored.

The first month I took clomid CD 5-9, ovulated per opk on ~ CD 18 but didn't get pregnant. this time my doctor switched it to CD 3-7 because she wanted me to ovulate even sooner (without clomid I ovulate around CD 21 ish) and I ovulated CD 16 ish per opk. She never tested my progesterone or anything and we are just trusting the opks.

I took letrozole day 3-7, had vaginal ultrasound on day 9 (13mm) so had to have another ultrasound on day 12 (18mm) and progesterone day 19 to ensure that I have ovulated :) but this is my first cycle!

I took chlomid in May and conceived twins immediately. I did lose them in July . I’m starting chlomid again and am on day 3 of it . Both times 50 mg and this time I get tested on the 8th for a follicle count.
