Could gender be wrong?

We had an elective ultrasound at 14+1 to determine gender.  The sonographer said she was certain it was a girl because she couldn't see boy parts.  But she also couldn't see the 3 lines confirming girl... Should we go ahead and plan for a girl or wait until our anatomy scan to be sure?

My both of my girls were clearly girls at 14 weeks exactly with my first baby. You could see her labia but not so much the 3 lines. I wouldn’t trust not seeing anything means girl.

This is my second baby, I don’t have my first baby’s potty shot on my phone

Idk that looks pretty flat to me. If it was a boy there would be definite boy parts. This is how ours looked at 13w2d for comparison. I would say its safe to assume its a girl. We are waiting til our 20 week ultrasound to announce our gender too.

I would wait, you don’t want to buy a bunch of girl stuff only to find out it’s a boy.

We were told a girl at 14 week ultrasound and I did a sneak peak test that said girl. So we went ahead and had our gender reveal for family and close friends, but we probably won’t post on social media until after our 18 week scan to confirm.
