Pregnant with my 2nd and got cramping on 9dpo, tested 2 days later and got a BFP.
In general though, it’s uncommon to feel symptoms before implantation could happen, earliest it could happen in theory is like 6dpo, depends how sensitive your body is.
Could be mine handles hCG really well because I had no symptoms with my little girl, and currently no symptoms at 7 weeks with our second baby.

I meant to click yes . I was told by other ladies on here it wasn’t possible but from 4 dpo until today when I got my faint positive at 9dpo I felt symptoms
