Is it possible I ovulated?

I’m thinking I did on 18 because I had the watery and ewcm up until that day, and now it’s been completely dry. Im just uncertain since it wasn’t a blaring positive.. I’m on CD 24 and I haven’t had any cm since, and opks have been stark negative.
