My husband and I started trying March 2018. I fell pregnant on Vitex in May but miscarried. We tried for months with no luck, I tried Vitex again in August and fell pregnant but also miscarried. I stopped taking Vitex either after I ovulated or got my BFP, which I think partially caused it. I’m on Vitex again this round, because I haven’t had a period since November 1st but I’m definitely not pregnant. It helped regulate me and helped me ovulate-so we’ll see! I just want my period already so I can track lol. Using OPKs again after 5 months without. I hate it when people say “it’ll happen when you stop trying” because let me tell you it has only happened WHEN we try! I’m positive I’ll get my rainbow baby in 2019!🌈
