iMessage not delivered mean you’re blocked?

Or there’s no service. You could try calling it would go right to voicemail.

If you’re blocked an iMessage doesn’t go through - it will “send” as blue but never be delivered, and then will turn green (like a text message).
If it says “not delivered” it means there was poor service/iMessage was having issues & you can try again.

They may not be in a service area, iMessage may be having issues

Either blocked/they have no service/or their phone is dead.

A person can manage to receive iMessages or not... it’s not just a matter of service or the phone itself.

Get someone else with an iPhone to message and see if it turns blue or not
