Pp nausea

I am currently 6 months pp and for the last two weeks I have had unbelievable nausea like when I first got pregnant. I am on the mini pill but not consistent at all and we almost always use a condom but I don’t know what else this could be. I still have yet to get a period back so no way to go off that. Apart from the nausea I also get terrible headaches and for the last week (TMI) have had a really thick and sticky/stringy discharge. I had to start wearing a pad it was so bad, also like my first pregnancy. Did anyone else experience but was NOT pregnant? Idk if I should go see my dr or just wait it out. I don’t have a fever and I feel fine most of the time other than morning sickness waves so Its not the flu either. Please help 🙌🏼
