Is Glow reliable on checking OPKs?

I’ve been checking my OPKs with Glow since I’m new at them. And today about 3 I took one and glow said it was positive. Just wondering how reliable Glow is. It said it’s the first notch on positive.

Its been reliable enough for me but I keep taking the pics to make sure it gives the correct reading on my Cycle. I am able to tell whether it is a negative or positive and only put in Positive OPK's. Rely on your own judgement too and not just the App. All the best!

yes and no, depends on your lighting. i take like 3 pictures when i do it and log more than 1 sometimes (which probably doesn’t help my glow accuracy much further but anyway) always take a few different pictures to make sure it’s consistent with what your eyes see. you can also glide the little marker at the bottom too
