Depends what you mean by crawling :) 
in the world of physical therapy crawling actually stands for commando crawl, so pushing forward with tummy on the floor, pulling with arms and pushing with legs. My little one does this very well and has been doing it a while. So i voted yes. :) 
Crawling with belly off the floor, on palms of the hands and knees is actually called creeping... But he doesn't do that yet. But he is close i think :)

My little guy also thinks me he needs to stand up. I am not ready for this.
