Yeast infection

I usually take a little pink pill for my yeast infections and don’t worry about it. I have drunk water for a entire week, ate anything without sugar (except for a few candy pieces) and have had constant burning everyday and I even take four pau d’ arco which is supposed to help. Why is it still there? I’m about to have to go to the doctor again and I get these almost every month regardless of how I keep myself clean and use sensitive products and no perfumes..
