How soon is too soon?

I gave birth 4 weeks ago. We had unprotected sex at 2 weeks pp and he pulled out. I took this today and am wondering if it is leftover hormones or for real????????

You’re not supposed to have sex for 6 weeks. You’re also not supposed to be submerged in water for 6 weeks (baths and swimming pools) so your body can heal. And it’s recommended not to get pregnant again for at least a year.

The recommendation is 6 weeks so the body can heal. Hopefully if you are pregnant it will last. When you get pregnant so soon after, your body can be too weak to stay pregnant and you could lose the baby.

You are extremely fertile after giving birth. I think there’s a good chance. If you aren’t wanting to get pregnant soon I would find a more reliable form of birth control
