This is my second pregnancy and I'm 33 weeks. I never had BH with my first pregnancy. My baby's movements are mild for the most part, but this last month she has been way more active with dramatic movements.

From what I read, BH feel like a squeezing sensation felt all around the belly. But I feel the squeezing only on a side. It feels almost like I cant breath, like the air got knocked out of me. It also doesn't last that long, maybe 5-10 seconds. What I read said they last up to 30 seconds.

So, do you think this is baby movements or BH?
