So I ovulated

So I got my Period December 2nd thru the 8th I ovulated on the 22nd my period is not due until Jan 5th but I just went to pee and when I wiped there is blood 1st it was dark brown now its light red but very light ? Did my period come down early ? I'm so confused could this be implantation bleeding ?
