i told my doctor i had a severe yeast infection

and she prescribed me with one diflucan and i'm used to taking another one after 72 hours but she only prescribed one ? do you think it'll go away with just one dose, did she maybe give me a stronger dose cuz she really didn't say and it was patient first so she was kinda rushing .. i also have up to 3 refills so should i call in another one to take in 72 hours ?
