Natural Ways to Treat Acne Scars/Marks?

I have a couple red marks on my chin from some bad acne I had MONTHS ago, I really don’t want to have scars on my face 😭 what are some ways you’ve gotten rid of acne scars without any medication?

I used pure Vitamin E oil on one of my surgery scars. I think it helped a little bit, but nothing too drastic. There’s an over the counter cream you can get specifically for scar removal that might work better though
