Weight loss - help a girl out x
On the left is me currently I am size 14-16 weighting 90kgs.
On the right was me a year and a bit ago, I was size 10-12 around 60-70kgs.
I really want to go back to what I was then, I know I need to change my eating habits which I have a problem with because I have no self control, but I'm fairly good at exercising.
But do you have any tips on making it easier to change my eating habits? Or any tips on working out?
