I had a miscarriage in June of 2018 Wednesday the 20th was a positive test but Friday I wasn't pregnant anymore...I more recently gotten pregnant in October of 2018 and would've been 11 weeks and 3 days today...my 7-8 week ultrasound showed a embryo's heart beat of 126per minute but I had an ultrasound yesterday and it shows no heart beat....IS THIS ANOTHER MISCARRIAGE?

Yes, they sent me home on new years and just gave me a pad and cloth underwear and said to prepare to see the remainings of the miscarriage...but I'm just so lost because I had no bleeding neither time and I only had pain in my abdominal not pelvis because of a hernia. My embryos heart beat was strong and they specifically stated that it was very unlikely I would have a miscarriage. I'm just so lost because at 7 weeks they noticed a hemorrhage then said I have none and the baby is perfectly fine. So much confusion and irritation. I am 22 and suffer from anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia but have been controlling and doing everything possible to make this pregnancy work...I'm just trying to cope but it's so lost to be so healthy, my first pregnancy was successful and healthy in 2016 I had a healthy baby girl but every pregnancy after my first has been a fail.

Hun I’m really sorry but that sounds exactly like what happened to me. I went in at 9 weeks with pain and bleeding they we saw the baby but only measured 6 weeks and had heartbeat then 10 days later I went in for another scan and no heartbeat so I had had a missed miscarriage and they gave me the options of what next. 
What has your doctor said to you surely they’ve not just sent you home saying your baby has no heartbeat coz that’s awful x
