Mucous plug.. help?
Yesterday I had a bit of mucous plug come out which was tinged brown, would say it's the consistency of flem 🤢 so I guess that was my show and I have mild cramping on and off but it hasn't picked up. I keep having more little bits come out but I've had more runny snot like consistency come out and it's all tinged brown or yellowish. Is that normal?
