Good sign?

Ive seen a lot of people post about soft bowel movements before labour.. is this true? I’ve had 2 super soft almost like diarrhea movements in the past 2 hours.. 38 + 4

I've had random diarrhea for a day or so, then it goes back to normal lol still pregnant. It's been happening for over a week

Not for me personally. With my first, I was constipated my entire pregnancy all the way up to labor. It never changed for me but everyone is different and I’ve definitely heard about loose bowels before labor!

I’m hoping so- Im 38+2
had two days of soft stool/ multiple bms AND I’m on iron supplements so I’m supposed to be backed up but haven’t taken the miralax they gave me in a week—- so I’m counting it as a good sign! 
 I heard it can mean labor is coming within the next few days because the system is flushing itself out. Make sure to stay hydrated if it keeps up!

I have heard that to, but I've never had them before labor.
