Vaccine shots for pneumonia

Hello

I guess I was clueless but I just found out that there are vaccines for pneumonia just like the flu vaccine. Is this something ppl normally take. I am 30 years old and planning to try to have a baby late 2019 and I want to try to avoid getting sick as much as possible. Is this something me and my husband should be getting?
