I was on the IUD. I actually had it once and replaced and then my 5 years was up at the end of 2018 but the last couple of months of having it I had a light period for 3 days nothing crazy but awful cramps and sore boobs and back aches. 
So I’m curious if this month will be much different. 
What birth control were you on? When did you stop using it?

I came off BC in October. I finished the pack and had the usual withdrawal bleed. While on BC I had a 28 - 29 day cycle. My next cycle (November) was a 34 day cycle. I used OPKs during November which helped track ovulation and successfully predict AF. However, AF hasn't shown up since. I am on CD 56 now. No sign of AF but all BFNs so I can only assume things have gone wacky since coming off BC.

I was on the pill for 12 years. After stopping, my period come that first month. It was just like 4 days later than I expected it to come if I was still on the pill.

I was on the pill for 17 years. Stopped taking them in October after my BC withdrawal period and had my first real period on November 6th. My cycles are about 31 days now.

I got mine about 3 and 1/2 weeks after stopping! I have had 37-39 day cycles ever since.
