Bed rest for now 🤷🏻♀️
So last night I went into L&D for contractions and this strange pain. Turns out I’m having real contractions, but they are not dilating me yet so I was ultimately sent home with bed rest instructions until I’m at least 36 weeks (I’m 35+1). I also found it interesting that when I was checked for dilation the nurse said that she get baby’s head and actually had to go behind it to find my cervix... is this normal? 😳 FTM over here so please no hate 😊
