Staying Hydrated when Sick
Ladies, I need some suggestions. I got some sort of stomach bug causing me to throw up and some other stuff (if you know what I mean)…
I am having a hard time drinking water. I am concerned it will impact my milk supply. Any suggestions on how to stay hydrated and keep up my supply while I’m sick? I’m doing my best to stay hydrated.
