We got the double city select. My two year old is huge, like the size of a 5 year old so it was hard finding a stroller that is comfortable and accommodates a newborn. This one he climbed right into it and sat.  I also love that there are a ton of different configurations for two kids.

Emmaljunga viking double is what we would buy if we needed a double stroller, in our minds(me and my man) there is no other option.
Not sure if its available on your market tho as its swedish.

We got the BOB stroller used off of a nice lady on Facebook marketplace. We got it so cheap & it's practically new! I definitely recommend the BOB. It's got the 5 point harness & we used it for my toddler & baby at the time. They're now both toddlers. I didn't think I'd need it for much off roading, but those times I came across rough terrain, I'm SO glad I had it.
