Anyone else nauseous?

I’m 4W5D and I’m not throwing up, just super nauseated. What helps?

I'm the same as you 4w 5d and have felt nauseous all day but not actually being sick

I am also 4w 5d I find that drinking ice cold water, and sucking on ginger candy or generally sucking on any
Hard candy helps. Fresh air too.

Morning sickness is very often caused by low blood sugar, which is why it happens most often (not always) in the morning. So, don’t let your blood sugar drop. Keep healthy snacks nearby at all times and make sure your meals are high in protein, as protein helps to stabilize your blood sugar.

I was so sick with my first that I had to get a prescription to survive. My Dr told me this time arpund to try vitamin B6 and Unisom. I guess the active ingredients in the prescription are the same as these. Probably worth talking to your Dr about first though. Good luck!

Go grab some candy canes from the store. I lived off of those for 4 weeks with my first born.
