Anybody have any luck with these vitamins when ttc? Ie. help you get pregnant?

I know vitamins can't help you get pregnant, but they might help you be more healthy. It's my first month taking them.

I would get something with DHA. My OB said to start taking prenatal before you are trying because it helps prepare your body for pregnancy.
