Birth Control patch

I don’t know if anyone remembers a few weeks maybe a month back I posted a pic of little bumps that my patch was leaving. Well I started a new set this month. And I took the first one of and this is what it looks like!!! Should I called my obgyn or the pharmacy 🤦🏽‍♀️ this is after 24hrs.
