Ok so what does it mean if u have spotting for a week and a half then this ? Period is irregular is it possible period or something different?

I have the same 6 days before my period if it don’t change the 3 i will make a appointment at the doctor!!

Do a pregnancy test. Implantation normally only lasts a day or two. 
And spotting with no period can sometimes indicate big problems. 
I had an ectopic in May last year and spotting for prolonged periods of time was the only indication I had. 
I was 10 weeks along and had only mild pain which is extremely rare and strange. 
I did a pregnancy test because I figured I was late and suspected maybe I was having a miscarriage. 
There it was a vvfl. 
I had so much hope going into the doctor only to be sent for a scan which confirmed worst case scenario. - ectopic pregnancy & quite far along. (For an ectopic)
Unfortunately the spotting meant that my fallopian tube had started to rupture which resulted in the doctors having to remove it to minimise the chances of it reaccurring. (Which is quite common after you’ve had one already)
So it’s best to be safe & rule out any possible problems.
