Daily Braxton Hicks?

I’m 32 weeks and having daily BH, I don’t remember having them this frequent last time. Also this morning I was up from 2-4am having contractions every 20 mins. I thought I was going to go into labor. 😳

Braxton hicks are alot more common in moms who've delivered babies before. Don't be surprised if they pick up even more towards the end of your pregnancy. Prodromol labour is more common in second time moms to. I've been in prodromol labour for the last 8 weeks.

I was getting them frequently, too.  Freaked me out.  Now they're pretty sparadic. I started drinking a lot of water and that seemed to help for now.

Once you’ve had a baby and know how Braxton-Hicks contractions feel you’re more likely to notice them way sooner. They say that your body actually starts doing really small ones even in the first trimester. Which is mind blowing. So you may have had them in the first pregnancy and just not realized what was going on because it was all new!
