35 + 6 weeks BREECH!
So, I went to see my doctor yesterday, they did and ultrasound and told me my baby is in breech position. I am literally freaking out! This is my third pregnancy, one live birth, one miscarriage, and now this one, I’ve never had a c-section and I’m scared. I’ve literally googled just about everything I can do to help baby get into position. I’m using the yoga ball, getting on all four’s to ease my back. Do you guys have any other suggestions?
**UPDATE**
I tried using the yoga ball for at least 20 minutes a day, swimming and flipping upside down under water for at least 30 seconds 5xs each swim session, sex, sleeping on my right side, walking at a slow pace for an hour a day, and yoga exercises.... BABY HAS FLIPPED AND I GOT SCHEDULED FOR AN INDUCTION IN CASE HE MOVED AGAIN!! 🥳🎉🤰🏻
