Low fluid, unlikely to drop ? 35 weeks

Question

Anyone else have low amniotic fluid with breech baby? I am 35 weeks, fluid has been 6-9 cm and they don’t think he will move head down at all since my fluid is on the low end of normal. Just wondering if anyone else has had that issue. Looking at 38 week c section possibly. I see a high risk doctor for pre existing high BP and my normal OB and the high risk doc recommends delivery at 38 weeks. I’ll know more at my OB visit this Thursday but just wondering if anyone else has had this. Thanks

I just found out I have low fluid, 6cm at 35 weeks. My baby is already head down though. I have to wait till Thursday to see if my levels have improved or not. They haven't really told me what would happen if they dont.

I have low fluid also but my baby is already head down. They said if level went below 5 I'd have to be put on bed rest and/or in hospital for IV fluids. Have an appt this Thursday to see where everything is now

Can I ask how they know your fluid was low? FTM here and it’s all new to me

Baby is unlikely to flip from breech position that late even with low fluid. It's odd they're giving you a range rather than a solid number. 6 and 9 are very different.

Baby can still flip. I’ve seen babies flip right before birth, though your doctor probably won’t wait that long. Is there someone who can manually move the move baby for you?
