My baby’s dad broke up with me one month after our son was born. Said we fought too much, we’re not compatible, we’re not meant to be, etc. We were together for two years. Lately I’ve been doing my own thing and set boundaries. We don’t talk unless it’s strictly about our son. I’ll barely look at him when we meet up and I’ll exchange only a few words. Well yesterday, he wanted to meet for lunch on his lunch break so he could see our son. This is a first because he sees our son all of the time but this time he wanted me to be present. Then drunkenly texted me last night that he misses me. Then today said that he still has feelings for me when I straight up said we shouldn’t do family things together because I have feelings.
