So guys we don’t have any pets so don’t know much about rules and regulations when it comes to pets . We moved to this place an year ago and it was freezing weather here with snowing 🌨 every day. Our backyard is connected with our neighbors backyard separated by fence . Whenever we tried to go in our backyard, their 3 dogs 🐕 were always there in their backyard barking at us not allowing us to even enter in our own backyard. Then weather changed and my toddler wanted to play outside but again dogs were always outside in their backyard in very hot summers , they again made it a hell for us to even enter there in our own backyard. This winter 🥶 they’re still barking in the backyard on every stranger passing by their fence . So is it normal to keep dogs outside 24/7 in freezing cold ??
