My story from the day I found out I was pregnant. To the best of my knowledge I'm sorry if I am not making sense! I am so stressed out 😢👶🏽

Around Nov 4th I had went into the ER due to light spotting during my hospital visit they took my labs and my beta came back around 2000 had to come back in a couple days for repeat lab work. During that same week my spotting had stopped and went back for more lab work except to a different hospital and came labs came back over 6000. Docs said it could be a threatened miscarriage but checked me and said my cervix was closed. So idk what was going on. And told them I have my first o.b on the 17th. But i see that we're making progress! So 17th rolls around and I was around 5w4d I think when I had my u/s and said I looked to early, did my labs and got them back within 3 days. They were at a 12000! So the next day which was the 18th they wanted me to come in again but for transvaginal scan at the imaging center. OK, so I went.. Everything seemed fine spotting completely stopped and all! So I had to wait due to the holidays for my next O.B and to see if I really was just to early. So they scheduled me for Dec 31st. Spotting came back again its like off and on thing. Two weeks ill be spotting for 2-3 days and it goes away and the other two weeks it stops. Its so weird. But anyways 31st is here went yesterday for my appoinment but During this 10 day expansion from my last lab work my levels only went up to 18000 and my spotting is back. Dark Old blood and now my doc is talking about a "blighted ovum" I forgot to mention on the 18th when they got the results back my O.B said she couldn't see anything while the sono lady said she did see the start of something, but that I would have to wait to hear from my doctor what she thinks. My O.B told me yesterday due to my levels it seems I'm having a "blighted ovum" but we can wait til next week and see if something changes. Due to my levels only rising withing 10 days to only a 18000 she thinks i am in the process of miscarrying and with not being able to see anything still @ 7w5d. Next week from there I will decide whether to have mother nature take its course or take the pill to abort my pregnancy. My spotting is back I think I mentioned it already. Is that the start of a miscarriage? I don't even know if I'm making any sense right now its so stressful.
