No Throw Up But...

Hello ladies! TMI, but I have been having diarrhea all day today. I am 4 Weeks & 5 Days pregnant and I must say, due to my condition, I am very very happy and surprised with my BFP I had on Friday. But good Lord. Its like it is non stop! I do have my doctors appointment on Friday, so I will be talking to my doctor and everything. But am I the only one going through this? Any tips or thoughts? I just wanted to vent 😭
