Almost 5 weeks pregnant and having bleeding

I am almost 5 weeks pregnant. I have been spotting brown for 4 days, then red today. I went to the er and everything was good. Cervix closed and yolk sac is growing. I am high risk, I’m a kidney transplant patient and had a 24 weeker before transplant. Has anyone else had implantation bleeding at 5 weeks? My is red today and few clots.
