Condom Broke

The day after my period, my boyfriend and I had gotten high before having sex. I always make sure he wears a condom, so he put one on after foreplay and we started having sex. Eventually he came and we kept going. He slipped out and when he tried to put the tip back in me, the condom broke and he stopped immediately. I felt he semen on the outer part of my vagina, so I peed immediately after and cleaned up. Can this encounter get me pregnant even though his semen didn't get inside me?
