Can I sell my breast milk?

I'm a SAHM and also attend college full time. So any kind of extra money is great. I exclusively pump. Can I sell my extra breast milk? Right now I have close to 50 oz frozen so far. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Not unless through a licensed milk bank.  Otherwise it’s illegal (at least in California anyways).

I've seen posts here in PA on fb marketplace but honestly there are places to get free milk donations so someone has to be pretty desperate to pay for it
