Hi ladies, So lots of people make their New Year Resolutions as to lose weight, get fit, get healthier, etc. I am 16, 5’11, and I currently weigh 196#. This is my highest weight I have ever been at and I’m very scared to gain any more weight. I used to always be at 160 and in the past year I gained 30+ pounds. What would you guys say is a normal weight for a girl my size? Im also looking for very honest thoughts about my size. I feel when people are honest with me, I can most succeed. Does anyone also want to be a weight loss buddy? My family isn’t much help of helping me reach my goals. And any comments of good weight loss tips or things that have helped you before would be greatly appreciated.
