How do you fight the anxiety!?

How do you make it until your next appointment!? I saw and heard baby at 9 weeks, now I’m 11 weeks but don’t have another appointment until almost 14 weeks 😫 everything seems fine but I’m going crazy worrying about missed miscarriage or anything that can happen.  I want to announce baby soon but I’m still nervous

I just developed the mindset that whatever will be will be and over worrying about something doesn’t change the outcome... I’m not generally a worrier by nature though so it came easy enough to me. If you’re going to miscarry there is almost nothing that can be done to prevent it unfortunately so worrying about it constantly just puts stress on your body which can’t be good for the babies development. Hope your future appointment comes soon and puts you at ease

I bought a Doppler i use it once a week to check on my little man or if he isn’t moving much then i use it to get him to move around because he hates it! 😂
