Toner
Whenever I use my toner (witch hazel) the cotton pad comes off slightly yellow. It happens even if I had just exfoliated and used a salicylic acid cleanser
Does that mean my cleanser isn’t doing a good enough job or that my toner is doing what it’s supposed to?
