Cold sore?

Sorry for the dirty nose, but do these look like cold sores to you? She’s almost 13 months, I want to catch it early and get her in quickly if that’s what it is, but I really don’t want to go rushing to the doctors if it’s just a couple zigs. We have ate a couple of greasy meals lately. I know it’s not too terribly dangerous after 6 months but I’d definitely rather be safe than sorry. She is teething, 2 molars are coming in.
