Spotting on Birth Control?

Been on nexplanon for two weeks as of tomorrow. When I got the implant it wasn’t during my cycle so it took longer to heal and what not. Anyways a few days after I got the implant I got my period and it’s been about 5 days since my period ended but I’ve been spotting since the end of my period, is this normal on this type of birth control? Should I tell my OB or just shrug it off?
