My 20 week scan isn’t until 1/22 but I did an US tonight and feel like my little girl’s mouth looks different, like a cleft lip. Any input or experience??

Looks fine to me. That just looks like a shadow because it is coming and going.

My sonographer said When they look for cleft lip they need to lookup into the nostrils from that angle ... I don’t think you can see anything from this it’s shadows
