I take iron pills .....One a day prenatal.... folic acid and I use pre seed i exercise.... am losing hope please give me any advice to conceive

What day in cycle do you. Ovulate? How often do u do it. How vested is your man? Then i can say more:)

Give yourself some time to track your ovulation. Some people track for a year. I only tracked for 2 months and I figured out when I ovulated. You can use those ovulation strips to figure it out, but it was hard for me to read when I had ovulated. When it came time to inseminate, I use the ClearBlue Ovulation Test. It’s awesome! It lets you know when you are about to reach your peak and how my days you have to do the baby dance until your egg drops.
