Anything to help Arthritis pain?

I can’t afford the doctor or to get something from them and CBD is illegal where I live.

My kneecaps have been killing me the past two weeks, mainly at night and early morning since that’s when it’s coldest plus the days it has rained these last two weeks.

It hurts so bad that I can’t even get comfortable enough to go to sleep.

I’ve tried epsom salt baths and it works for the first hour or so and then the pain just comes back. It hurts so bad.😫
